TinyWins is built on one idea: do a small amount of movement every day, always finish, and get stronger slowly. Here is how that works in practice.
Finish the list. Each habit has a daily target — say 10 push-ups — and the day is complete once every habit is done. Order doesn't matter.
On purpose. Targets start low so that finishing is never in doubt, and they grow only when you have shown you can keep up. The app is designed around the feeling "I can always finish this".
Every three days in a row that you finish a habit, its target goes up by one rep — or by five seconds for held movements like a plank. Each habit grows on its own schedule.
Targets are fixed for the day when you open the app, so a number can never change under you mid-day.
Nothing is taken away. A missed day ends the current run of three, so the next increase takes longer to arrive — but progress you already earned stays earned. Your targets never go down because you missed a day.
Not yet. Targets are currently set by the app so that they only ever move at a safe pace.
To break the day into smaller pieces. A session asks for a chunk of a habit rather than the whole thing, which makes starting easier when the full number feels like a lot.
Sessions never add work. They only split up what the day already asks for.
By default, half of the habit's daily target — so 10 push-ups is offered as 5 at a time. If less than that is left, the chunk shrinks to whatever remains.
Yes, in Settings → Session Limits, per habit. Limits are kept as a share of the daily target, so they keep their proportion as your targets grow. A limit can never exceed the day's total.
It counts days where you finished the whole list, back from today. A day still in progress does not break it — the day isn't over yet, so an unfinished morning costs you nothing.
Because "I can do 25 push-ups now" means something, and a combined fitness number doesn't. Progress is shown per movement, and nothing in the app ranks your habits against each other or against anyone else.
One gentle reminder a day, at a time you choose in Settings. Tap the Notifications row to change it. Reminders stop once the day is complete.
On your device, and only there. The app has no accounts and makes no network requests. See the privacy policy for details.
Delete the app. Everything it stored goes with it.
